The wheelchair description online has no speciations listed. It was also delivered without it his necessary information, specifically weight capacity. I had to hold the driver until he reached the correct employees in your company who could look up this information. It took about 30 minutes, but finally they came through. Throughout the conversations with multiple employees I was given the wrong specifications, which I knew was false because it was not even sensible. The driver was very patient and agreed this was very unprofessional. The wheelchair is great, however and I will be buying more in the future.
