The pillow's unique tapering between the shoulder and spine fills the space between them and gently moves the spine into an anatomically correct position. The slight streching feeling in the neck and spine can initially feel unusual as the body needs a little time (2 to 14 nights) to re-adjust to a a natural healthy sleep and become used to lying on an original, anatomically shaped SISSEL® Orthopedic Pillow. This Pillow made of pressure relieving visco-elastic foam absorbs pressure and transfers it downwards to the interior. The foam adjusts slowly to any shape and the pillow is recommended for use in cases of health problems with pressure sensitive muscles. Recommended for: acute problems with neck and back muscles; pressure sensitive muscles; a specific support for neck, back and shoulder problems.

Positioning: place the flat end of your SISSEL®orthopedic pillow under your head. The higher end should be at your shoulder. This ensures optimum support of your cervical spinal column.
