Directions for use:

For Skin: Scoop out Shea Butter and massage into skin, spreading evenly. In cold climates, warm closed jar in hot water for 5 minutes to soften.

For Hair: Apply Shea Butter directly to hair, massage and comb through. Melt a small amount in a pot on the stove until liquid (do not overheat). Apply from roots to tips, avoiding the scalp. Leave in with a cap for 30 minutes, then rinse.
