Colour x-pert liquid eyeliner has a precision dip-in tip, to create bold and dramatic eyelid definition. The waterproof formula gives it extra staying power against humidity, rain and water.

How To Use :

If you haven't use liquid eyeliner before, use a kohl pencil to draw an outline on your eyelid for you to follow. Tilt your head back at a slight angle, and steady your hand on a flat surface (your jaw bone is good) to apply the eyeliner. Lifting your eyelid taut, apply the eyeliner in a continuous line from inner to outer corner. For a striking look, finish with a flick of eyeliner from the outer corner of your eye.
