How to use : 

• Shake well before use
• Adults: Initially 2 teaspoon full along with water 2 or 3 times daily followed by 1 to 2 teaspoon full twice daily
• Children: Initially 1 teaspoon full 2 or 3 times daily, followed by 1 teaspoon full twice daily.
