Ego QV Skin Lotion Moisturiser For Dry Skin And Sensitive Skin helps prevent and soothe dry skin. With a luxuriously light formulation, it's easy to apply to all parts of the body. This light moisturising lotion is ideal for large areas of skin as it is readily absorbed. Featured ingredients includes dimethicone, glycerin and petrolatum. Dimethicone is a silicone that helps to protect the skin by forming a water-repellent barrier against water soluble irritants. Its thick, viscous nature, makes for an excellent barrier on the skin to help prevent chaffing and other forms of skin irritation caused by friction and exposure to water-soluble irritants. This feature of dimethicone to form barrier on skin can help prevent moisture in the skin from evaporating. Another active moisturising ingredient Glycerin, is a humectant, helping to draw and hold water to the skin to maintain hydration.
