Respimar Cleaning and Hydration Nasal Spray contains solution of isotonic sea water (0.9% NaCl) rich in sea ingredients mineral salts, trace elements, natural extracts of Aloe vera and Chamomile. It is indicated for cleaning and daily care of nostrils to improve the condition, decrease number of allergens and prevent the risk of complications such as ear and sinus infection.

How To Use

• Blow your nose to remove mucus before using Respimar Cleaning and Hydration
• Remove the protective cap
• Over the sink, tilt your head to one side
• Gently introduce the diffuser in a nostril
• Exert a slight pressure on the diffuser so the sea water comes out
• Wait until the excess sea water drains to extract mucus and blow your nose
• Repeat the process in the other nostril
• Clean the diffuser with water and dry
• It can be used for 12 weeks after opening it
