Directions of Use:

Grahams Natural Eczema Body and Bath Oil can be used both in the bath or applied topically to the skin for instant hydration. To use in the bath, pour 1 to 2 capfuls into tepid bathwater. Pat skin dry and apply more oil if needed. 

To apply topically, pour 1 capful into the palm of your hand and rub over the skin where the skin is dry or affected by eczema.
