Usage / Instruction's:

• Fortisip Compact is best served chilled
• Shake well before opening
• Store in a cool dry place (5-25C)
• Once opened store bottles in a refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours
• See the side of the bottle for best before dates

Warnings:

• Not for intravenous use
• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age
• Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia

Precautions: 

• Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition in children under 6 years of age
• Monitor fluid intake to ensure adequate hydration status
